My Research interest primarily on sol-gel synthesised metal/semiconductor/rare earth doped glasses. My work focused on synthesis of SiO2, SiO2-TiO2, SiO2-ZrO2 multi component glasses, Plasmonic absorption studies of metal nanoparticles, nano material characterisation, Structural analysis of nano materials, dielectric and conductivity studies of nanoparticles in sol-gel samples. I also got expertise in the field of Tape casting, fabrication of PZT pizeo electric actuators and FT actuators, Synthesis and characterizations of LaPO4 based ceramic nano composite materials, ceramic coatings on metal surface.
