Making of Vegetable Garden

Making of Vegetable Garden

As part of the activities of Add on course “Agripreneurial Training Program”, the first year students prepared a vegetable garden in the campus. Grow bags were properly filled with cultivable sand and organic manure. Seeds of “Lady’s finger were sown in the well prepared grow bags and the students tended them, watering and manuring them from time to time. The seeds sprouted, grew a foot tall and began to blossom. The students are now waiting to reap
the fruits of their labour.

Many of the students are motivated by the talks and demonstration classes on Agriculture as part of their add on course. They have begun to make vegetable garden even at their homes.
