Books

Most books circulate for 14 days. All borrowers are guaranteed a loan period of 7 days, after which the material is subject to recall by another borrower.  Two renewals are permitted, providing that no other requests have been placed on the title.

Teaching faculty members are allowed to borrow 3 books at a time and Students are allowed to borrow 2 books at a time.

Journals

Journals usually do not circulate. They are allowed to use only inside the reading room.

Reserve collection

Items loan periods are set by the professor.  Renewals are not permitted.

Reading Room : 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• General Library: 9.00 am to 12.00 noon and 1.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. on all working days of the college and from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. on Saturdays.

• Sectional Library : 9 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. & 2.00 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
