A one day seminar on “Organic manure and Pesticides” was conducted for the students of B.Com first years as a part of their value added course on 20 th February 2020. The programme was headed by Mrs. Elsa Daniel, Faculty member, Department of Commerce (SF). The program commenced by 1.30 in the afternoon. She gave deep insights on the types of Organic Manure and Pesticides, difference between organic & inorganic manure, its benefits and also its preparation. She also introduced to us, The National Centre of Organic Farming, which is the apex institute for organic farming in India.
