Life skills are a set of skills that individuals need to learn and develop in order to lead a healthy, productive, and fulfilling life. Some important life skills include yoga, physical fitness, health, and hygiene. Developing and practicing these life skills can have a positive impact on an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and can help to improve overall quality of life. The departments, along with the Physical Education Department and NSS organise programmes to instil life skills to the learners.
